There is an extraordinary supplement I have found that can banish an irritable or angry mood in a mere 15 to 20 minutes. Stress Free Emotions™ is your go-to for “fiery” stress problems such as anger, resentment and irritability–an amazingly effective formula the likes of which my patients and I have never seen anywhere else in the marketplace. Stress Free Emotions™ performs its magic with leading herbs Cabbage Rose and Arjuna, which calm and soothe the emotional heart while removing excess heat from body, mind and emotions.

If you experience anger or irritability, or others find you too demanding, perfectionistic or aggressive, or you have trouble keeping your hot temper under control, this is the formula for you! In addition, Stress Free Emotions™ is said traditionally to promote self-confidence, positive thinking and feelings of fulfillment by balancing the subdosha of Pitta that governs emotional health.

Dosage:
For prevention and overall emotional balance, one tablet twice a day on a regular basis is usually enough to keep you cool and calm. If you have a strong or bothersome anger problem, take two tablets twice a day and keep the tablets handy in case of a “temper emergency,” in which you can take an additional two tablets on the spot. In my experience, this will usually calm you down within 15 minutes.

Potential Considerations:
Overall, this is a relatively side-effect free product. It contains a small amount of ginger root, so if you are very sensitive to anything heating, start with a half dose. Gradually increase to a full dose if well-tolerated at the half dose. If digestive discomfort occurs, try taking the formula with a small snack or after a meal.

This product does contain a small amount of licorice root, so if you have high blood pressure or a tendency to retain fluid, be aware that it may aggravate your condition and, as always if you have a medical condition, consult your physician before taking it or any other herbal product.
